My favorite mac games were the three Journeyman Project trilogy games, well four games.. not three if you count that the Pegasus Project was a re-release . (Anyone remember those?) Started playing them with system 7.5 and played the last one on system 9... Proud to say still play them emulated (with some hackery and determination) in Mountain Lion and on every previous version of Mac OSX and I still have all the original disks. Not like playing skyrim or anything, but still a classic mac game thats is still relevant and playable if you can find the disks!
I'm a long time Linux (fedora) user. Just got my first Mac after recommending them for years to all my friends. Looking forward to finding some good games.
Amnesia: The Dark Decent.........so................so.............scary. And for all the scares i've endured: I deserve a free copy of the witcher 2!! : D
RoboSport. I used to network my LCIII to my friend's ginormous Mac II in my basement using an ADB printer cable back in high school and we'd play against each other all night and well into the morning.
It's pretty difficult to narrow it down. So many great games. But I would have to go with Dragon Age: Origins. Love the story in that game and played it for hours and hours. The Witcher 2 could challenge that though!
For me the best game I have played on the Mac was Batman Arkham Asylum. I had never played it anywhere else, and waited eagerly for it to be ported to my Mac, and man was I happy I waited.
my favorite game on the Mac of all time is a 3 way tie between mechwarrior ii, diablo II and Icewind Dale. I am a RPG fan at heartbut i love mech games and i hope i win the Witcher II. also i hope gog.com adds mechwarrior ii for mac to their games.
